Illeon Holding B.V. is the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we process
We only process personal data that you actively share with us, namely:
- Your email address, when you fill it in through the "Request a demo" form on this website;
- Any name, company, or contact details you send us directly by email.
The demo-request form on this website currently opens your own email client and sends your request directly as an email to info@ryskflow.com. This data is therefore not stored in any database or system on our website — the website itself has no server-side storage of form data.
We do not use cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), or advertising/tracking scripts on ryskflow.com. Your visit to this website is not tracked or analysed.
3. Why we process this data
We use your data solely to respond to your question or demo request, and to subsequently inform or assist you (at your request) regarding the use of RyskFlow. The legal basis for this is taking pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to questions addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we retain your data
We retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for the business relationship and our records, and no longer than necessary for the purpose for which the data was collected. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Sharing with third parties
We never sell or rent out your data to third parties. We only share your data with third parties where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or where you have given explicit consent to do so.
6. Transfers outside the EU
We do not transfer personal data to parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
